What file types are best for printing?
We accept common print-ready formats such as JPEG, PNG, WEBP, BMP and HEIC. For best results, we recommend high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.
How should I prepare my artwork for the best results?
Artwork should be created at the final print size and at a high resolution (typically 300 DPI). Make sure your design is clean, sharp, and free of unwanted backgrounds or effects.
Will my design be resized or edited before printing?
Orders are printed as submitted. We do not resize or adjust artwork unless design services are specifically requested. Please review your files carefully before placing your order.
What color settings should I use for accurate printing?
We recommend submitting artwork in CMYK color mode. If RGB files are uploaded, they will be converted to CMYK, which may result in slight color variations.
What is your current production turnaround time?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on order size and complexity. This timeframe begins after your order is confirmed and ready for production.
How long does delivery take after shipping?
Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery times are separate from production time.
Will I receive a proof before my order is produced?
Proofs are not automatically provided. If you require a proof, please request it before placing your order. This may extend your turnaround time.
What happens if my artwork does not meet print requirements?
If your file does not meet our guidelines, your order may be delayed or cancelled. We recommend reviewing all artwork carefully to ensure it is print-ready.
What is your policy on refunds or reprints?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for issues related to submitted artwork. However, we will work with you to resolve any production defects or errors on our end.
