Eligibility for returns, exchanges, refunds, replacements, or credits depends on the nature of the item, the condition of the order, and whether an issue results from production error, shipping damage, or submitted artwork.

Final sale items
Custom, personalized, printed, decorated, made-to-order, bulk-produced, or otherwise specially prepared items are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun or the order has shipped, except where required by law or where a verified production error has occurred.
Eligible claims for damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives materially damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error attributable to production or fulfillment, review and resolution may be available. A claim may require:
- submission within the stated claim window;
- clear photos of the item, packaging, labels, and issue;
- the order number and contact information;
- retention of the item and packaging until the claim is resolved.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds, replacements, or returns are not available for issues arising from:
- incorrect artwork, spelling, dimensions, color choice, or file setup provided by you;
- approval of a proof or mockup that later proves unsatisfactory;
- minor color variation between screen display and physical print;
- preferences regarding feel, texture, finish, or expected use not expressly guaranteed in writing;
- delays caused by the carrier once the order has been shipped, except where otherwise required by law.
Claim deadlines
Any issue with an order should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Failure to report a problem promptly may result in denial of the claim. If a specific timeframe is posted on the site, in your order confirmation, or in related policy content, that timeframe will control.
Returned items and condition requirements
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the condition specified in the return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for refund. Returned items that show wear, alteration, misuse, damage after delivery, or missing components may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund where permitted by law.
Resolution options
When a claim is approved, the resolution may take the form of a replacement, store credit, partial refund, repair, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue, item availability, and the remedy deemed appropriate. The method of resolution will be determined in good faith based on the circumstances.
Cancellations and order changes
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted immediately. Once production, sourcing, customization, file preparation, or fulfillment has begun, cancellation or change requests may be refused. Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative charges, artwork preparation charges, payment processing losses, or restocking fees where permitted.
Chargebacks and disputed payments
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first providing a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue, all relevant records, policies, order details, correspondence, proofs, shipping records, and submitted artwork may be used in defense of the transaction. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in refusal of future service where legally permitted.
