Delivery

Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Please review the information below before placing an order.

Overview

How processing and shipping work

Shipping time begins only after production or processing has been completed. Delivery estimates are separate from turnaround time and may vary based on destination, order size, carrier capacity, customs processing, and other factors outside direct control.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within the estimated turnaround timeframe shown on the site, in the product listing, or in related policy content. Processing may include order review, artwork verification, approval handling, sourcing, customization, production, quality control, and packaging.

Processing does not include carrier transit time. Orders are not considered shipped until they have been packaged, labeled, transferred to the carrier, and accepted into the carrier network.

Shipping methods and estimated transit times

Available shipping methods and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout when applicable. Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guarantees of delivery unless specifically identified as a guaranteed service. Estimated shipping windows may be affected by destination, address type, package size, customs review, weather, and carrier capacity.

Address accuracy and delivery responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact information, and any necessary delivery details. No responsibility is accepted for delays, returned shipments, additional carrier fees, or failed delivery resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address information supplied during checkout.

Tracking and carrier updates

When available, tracking information is provided after the order has shipped. Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may not appear immediately. Any delivery date shown in tracking is an estimate only and may change without notice.

Delays and events outside direct control

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs review, carrier backlogs, labor issues, service disruptions, inventory shortages, public emergencies, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside direct control. Liability is excluded for shipping delays caused by the carrier or other third parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Lost, stolen, or marked-delivered packages

Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, responsibility may shift in accordance with the carrier’s terms and applicable law. If a package is lost in transit, assistance may be provided in filing a carrier claim where appropriate. If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, you may need to contact the carrier directly, check with household members or neighbors, and review delivery notes before further action can be taken.

International orders, duties, and customs

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, and related assessments may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise clearly stated. International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections or local delivery conditions, and no guarantee can be made regarding customs clearance timing.

Returned or refused shipments

If a package is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, returned due to failed delivery, or sent back because of incorrect address details, additional shipping charges, return fees, reshipment fees, customs charges, storage charges, or handling costs may apply. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
