Failure to provide valid payment information may result in delayed processing, refusal of service, or cancellation of an order. All charges are subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any additional fees disclosed during checkout or otherwise required by law.

For custom products, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, sizing, spelling, formatting, legality, and ownership or authorization of any artwork, logos, text, or files submitted. Submission of artwork represents that you own the rights to use it or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses.

No responsibility is accepted for errors in submitted files, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution files, improper dimensions, background issues, color shifts, or formatting defects, unless a separate design or proofing service has been explicitly provided and confirmed.

All site content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, designs, layouts, code, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the business and is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, sold, or exploited without prior written consent.

The site, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No representation or warranty is made, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, production delays, business interruption, or replacement costs arising from or related to the use of the site, any purchase, any product, or any inability to use the site or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
